Heat The burner develops 545,000 BTU. This heat is vital to accelerate the cleaning action of the chemicals, to aid in the development of the phosphate coating, and to quicken the drying process so the parts are ready to be coated.
Pressure The Troy System injects the acidic phosphoric chemicals "downstream" of the heating coils. As the high pressure hot water exits the coil, the water is filtered; then flows through the unique Troy Phosphatizing Injector System where precise amounts of chemical is metered into the high pressure stream. Washing with chemical is done at approximately 1400 PSI.
Mass Any system with such incredible energy as this, must also be designed to transmit that energy to the cleaning surface. The Troy System is absolutely unmatched in its efficiency at bringing these energies to the cleaning surface.
Control Each unit has electronic ignition and a diagnostic panel. Operators do not spend time lighting pilots, and when the unit is shut off, everything is off - a great safety feature.
Efficiency The all stainless insulated shut-off gun, stainless fitted high pressure hose, stainless live swivel, stainless wand, and hardened stainless nozzles all contribute to increased safe productivity.
Performance The high energy developed, maximizes the performance of the cleaning chemicals. Therefore, chemical usage is minimized, a single but precise set of metering tips allow for easy and absolute control of the chemical concentration.
Productivity A common problem in any heated washer is mineral deposits in the coil. The Troy Phosphatizing Application System has a built in system to meter a polymer into the coil to minimize these mineral deposits and to assure you of continued maximum efficiency.
