Troy 1107 Concentrate

Troy 1107 Concentrate

Troy 1107 Concentrate contains a synergized blend of synthetic detergents, wetting agents, builders and sequesterants that provide superior detergency  and emulsification of even the most stubborn soils.

Troy 1107  should be properly diluted according to the type and the surface to be cleaned, so that economy and optimum results may be obtained.  The chemical action of Troy 1107 Concentrate saves labor; and, to take advantage of chemical cleaning, allow the solution to stand for three to five minutes before removing.  Troy 1107 Concentrate is a neutral cleaner and is safe on all surfaces, when diluted as directed.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

RESILIENT FLOORING:  For average cleaning, use 2-4 oz. per gallon of water.  Allow contact time. Increase concentration as needed to remove soil.  Rinse thoroughly.

WOOD, CONCRETE FLOORS:  Dilute 2-6 oz. per gallon of water, depending upon soil load.  For wooden floors, minimize contact time as much as possible to prevent excessive exposure to water. For concrete floors, allow diluted product to stand 5 to 10 minutes.  Scrub with floor machine.  Rinse thoroughly.

PRESSURE WASHER AND STEAM/WATER MIXER:  For average conditions use 1-2% solution at the gun.  Vary the dilution as required.

PAINTED SURFACES:   For average conditions use 2-4 oz. per gallon of water.  Use sponge or cloth. Clean from the bottom up; rinse from the top down.

PLASTIC AND SYNTHETIC SURFACES:  Sponge a dilution of 2-4 oz. per gallon of water on the surface.  Remove solution and wipe dry.

FLOOR-STRIPPING:  Dilute 1:4 with hot water.  Apply liberally to the floor.  Allow 10-15 minutes’ contact time.

Note:  The preceding instructions are flexible, rather than specific.  Vary the dilution as required to obtain the desired results.
