Troy 1139 FP Chlorinated CIP Cleaner

TROY 1139 FP is a low-foaming, liquid chlorinated CIP cleaner designed to remove stubborn soils commonly found in CIP and soak applications.

 

TROY 1139 FP is a unique blend of alkaline builders, chlorine, surfactants and water-softening agents that work effectively against a wide range of soils found in dairies, cheese plants, beverage plants, meat and poultry plants and prepared food processors.

 

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

CIP CLEANING:

1-4-oz./gal.

Temperature: 140-160 deg. F.

Time – As required

 

SOAK CLEANING:

1 1/2-4 oz./gal.

Temperature: 160-180 deg. F.

Time – As required

 

FOAM CLEANING:

Mix with 1131 Foam-Add at a ratio of 1 qt. 1131 Foam-Add per gal. of Troy 1139 FP.

Final dilution at foam gun should be from 2-4%.
