PRODUCT INFORMATION

Troy 2051 Dri-Kwik LFP Rinse Injection Fluid is a concentrated blend of nonionic surfactants designed to leave glasses, plates and flatware sparkling clean, spotless and dry. Troy 2051 Dri-Kwik LFP Rinse Injection Fluid is also safe on and effective on most plastic. Troy 2051 Dri-Kwik LFP Rinse Injection Fluid can be used in both single tank and conveyor type dish machines operating at normal temperatures (165°F wash, 180°F final rinse). This product is not suitable for low-temperature operations.

USING PROCEDURES 

Troy 2051 Dri-Kwik LFP Rinse Injection Fluid is used at the following concentrations: 10.0 – 50.5 ppm depending on soil load and water hardness.

DISPENSING

Troy 2051 Dri-Kwik LFP Rinse Injection Fluid is dispensed with an automated liquid rinse injector system.
