Troy 2109-B pH Adjuster
TROY 2109-B pH Adjuster is a blend of phosphoric acid and surfactants that can be used as a fluid rinse additive following phosphatizing, to eliminate toxic and hazardous chromic acid.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
TO USE AS A RINSE ADDITIVE: Use 1 quart per 100 gallons. Maintain pH at 3.5-5.5.
TO USE AS A RUST REMOVER: Dilute 1 part product with 3 parts water.
TO USE AS AN ADDITIVE DURING PHOSPHATIZING: Add product to maintain pH between 4.00 to 6.00
TO USE AS A SCALE REMOVER: Use at 5 to 10%. Circulate solution for 1-3 hours, followed by a hot water rinse. Follow with an alkaline rinse and, finally, with a cold water rinse.
TO USE FOR ULTRASONIC CLEANING: Use at 5-10%.
