Troy 2219 FP Heavy Duty CIP Acid

PRODUCT INFORMATION

TROY 2119 FP is a heavy duty, liquid phosphoric-nitric acid CIP recirculation cleaner, designed specifically to remove milkstone, mineral buildup, protein and alkaline residues from stainless steel lines and processing equipment.

TROY 2119 FP also contains a defoaming surfactant to help reduce or eliminate foam that can be a problem in CIP or recirculating wash applications.

Odor: Slight Nitric

Foaming ability: Defoams above 100 deg. F

Density: 11.87 lb./gal

Hard water tolerance: Unlimited

 

USE DILUTION

Use at 1/4 to 1%, depending upon the soil to be removed. Consult your Troy representative for specific recommendations.

 

WARNING STATEMENT

WARNING: CAUSES SEVERE BURNS. VAPOR HARMFUL IF INHALED.

Contains nitric and phosphoric acids.

Keep away from skin or eyes.

Do not inhale or swallow.

 

FIRST AID

In case of contact, immediately flush EYES or SKIN with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes, while removing contaminated clothing and shoes. For eyes, get medical attention. If INHALED, remove to fresh air. INTERNAL: Drink large quantities of water. Follow with milk of magnesia, vegetable oil or beaten eggs. Call physician immediately.
