Her diverse experience includes working with Not-for-Profit Agencies and volunteering with charity organizations, instilling in her a deep commitment to community and corporate responsibility.
As an ISO Internal Auditor, Beth has a strong grasp of quality management systems and is dedicated to ensuring Troy Chemical meets the highest standards of quality and consistency. Since becoming CEO in 2024, she has focused on leveraging the company’s family-owned status to offer a level of personalization and customer service that larger corporations often struggle to deliver. Beth believes in the importance of customers knowing the people behind the company, including not just sales representatives but also plant team members.

Ryan, who joined Troy Chemical in 2018, brings a number of years of chemical industry experience to his role as Chief Operating Officer. His strong educational background complements his practical expertise. At Troy Chemical, he has thrived as COO, feeling like an integral part of the team. His strong work ethic and willingness to do whatever is needed make him a valuable asset.

Shawn brings over 27 years of Surface Finishing Industry experience, including Metalworking, Pretreatment, and Wastewater Solutions. His detailed organizational skills and commitment to excellence have been evident from day one. His professionalism, dynamic perspective, and team-first mentality have continually raised the bar for our sales talent. As a leader in the industry, his impeccable reputation made him an instant fit with Troy Chemical.
