An Award Driven by Employee Feedback

What makes this recognition particularly meaningful to our team is how the Best Places to Work honorees are selected.
The 2026 assessment was conducted by Best Companies Group, an independent workplace excellence research firm, and included two components: an employer questionnaire examining company benefits, policies and practices, and a confidential 77-question survey evaluating employees’ actual workplace experiences and company culture.

Most importantly, employee responses accounted for 75% of the overall evaluation.
That means this recognition isn’t simply about what Troy Chemical says about its culture. It reflects what our people say about working here. And that makes us especially proud.
